Chief Operations and Compliance

Ms. Gonzalez began her career with Value Schools as a founding employee at Everest Value School. She made a great impact in the school community by increasing enrollment and collaboratively establishing systems and operations at the school. Her role in supporting family, students, and faculty earned her the Value Schools Jerry Awards two years in a row. She established positive collaborative relationships with surrounding community programs such as our sister elementary and high schools, community parks, and community health centers.

As a former school principal and as Chief Operations and Compliance, Ms. Gonzalez and I have had the opportunity to collaborate and have discussions in the following topics: School Events and Programs, Parent Development, Student Concerns, School Personnel.During these discussions, I have come to learn that Ms. Gonzalez’s contributions to Everest Value School indicate creative problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure and with extreme multiple demands.
